Custom Color Honor Cord
Quick Overview
Minimum orders of 12 cords required.
Normal lead time is about 4-5 weeks.
For a solid cord, just fill out "Color 1"
For intertwined (multi-color) cord:
There are 3 strands in a cord. If you only need 2 colors, "Color 1" will be used in 2 strands and "Color 2" will be used in 1 strand.
Tassels will be block style unless otherwise requested via email after the order is placed.
If you need solid color tassels or mix colored tassels, please email us immediately after the order is placed so we can make the change before the cords go into production.
If you need the cords dyed to specific PMS colors, you must order a minimum of 100 cords.
If you need more than 3 colors or custom charms put on the cords, please email us with the exact specifications. Emails can be sent to trimandtassels@gmail.com
No digital mock-ups are provided for honor cords. The colors are as pictured online in the picture with solid colors.
No returns or exchanges under any circumstances as these are custom made to your specifications.

Important
Orders with Expedited Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) placed after 1:00 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. FedEx deliveries are made on standard business days only (Monday - Friday, except holidays and weather permitting). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are a premium service for which you must contact us by phone for availability and pricing. Flat rate shipping will not have an assigned tracking number.
Handling Time
All Orders for “ In Stock” products will ship out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed using Express Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) will ship out the same day if placed before 1pm EST, otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.
If your order contains a "Custom Product", your handling time will be 3-6 weeks, depending on the product. You will be notified via e-mail after placing your order regarding the expected lead time. Lead times are subject to change.
Out of Stock Products
If any item(s) are out of stock, we will e-mail you within 1-4 business days of the order being placed. We will advise you of options in terms of the estimated delivery date or close substitions that are available for immediate shipment if the later delivery date is not a workable option for you. Under no circumstances will we make a substitution without your consent.
International Shipping
The international shipping charges paid at checkout strictly covers the cost of shipping the order. They do not include Customs Duties or Brokerage Fees. All carriers charge Customs Duties when crossing international borders. Brokerage fees are not charged by the Post Office, only private carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Neither the customs duties nor the brokerage fees are paid for by Trim and Tassels. We have no means to estimate what these charges will be. Both charges will be collected from you directly by the carrier prior to final delivery.
