Global Suspension of Money Back Guarantee The impact of COVID-19 is causing local, state, and national governments around the world to issue work and travel restrictions on a daily basis which are impacting our ability to meet our high standards of service. As a result, we have made the decision to suspend our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express, FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight and FedEx Office services effective immediately until further notice. Because FedEx is an essential transportation service provider, we will continue operating as government restrictions and regulations allow.
Saturday and Sunday are NOT normal delivery days. They do not count as part of the transit time.
If products are in stock, which they are unless you receive a phone call or email from us, they are shipped out within 1-3 business days.
Clearance and Sale items are based on availability. If an order is placed for a clearance item and the item is out of stock, we will contact you to ask if you want the quantity left or if you want to cancel. We are not obligated to fill an order at the clearance price for alternatives.
Customers may request faster delivery service when placing their orders. Additional charges will apply.

The shipment date depends on stock availability. Feel free to call us or email us to check on availability.
Shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. Shipping time refers strictly to the time it takes the carrier to deliver the package to its destination.
Choosing next day air does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. It depends on availability of the product, the of day you place the order and if the order is placed Monday-Friday. Orders placed on Friday after business hours go out the following week.
Weekends are not business days. No shipments go out from our facilities and UPS does not count them when counting delivery days.
Same day shipments are for next day, 2nd day and 3rd day shipment orders and must be placed no later than 1pm eastern time Monday-Friday.
If your product is in stock, it usually takes 24-48 hours to process your order during our normal business week. This time frame is longer during peak graduation season between November thru December and April thru June.
When you enter a delivery date, if we cannot meet your timeline, we will contact you immediately. If we need to rush an order, additional charges will apply.
If you refuse an order, Trim and Tassels LLC reserves the right to charge additional handling and shipping charges on the refused order.
Make sure you provide complete addresses including any apartment, suite, office or box numbers. Any additional charges applied by the carried to correct the address you have given will be billed to you and will result in a delay of your shipment.
Shipments going out of the USA are all subject to Custom charges regardless of shipping method selected. These fees are between the receiver and the carrier and are not a part of the shipping fees you pay to Trim and Tassels LLC at the time your order is placed. We do not have any forsight into what these fees will be.
Shipments going out of the USA via UPS/FEDEX are subject to Brokerage Charges and Custom Charges. These fees are between the receiver and the carrier and are not a part of the shipping fees you pay to Trim and Tassels LLC at the time your order is placed. We do not have any forsight into what these fees will be.
Once an order is shipped out of facililities, we have no control over it. We cannot stop the package, get it back etc. You must return the package after receiving it at your own cost if you do not want it. It must be returned to us unopened and unworn.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. For example, if your item is delayed due to inclement weather or a transportation delay we are not responsible. Once we hand the package off to the carrier, it is beyond our control.
There is a $25 fee for changes or updates to addresses AFTER the orders have shipped
Out of Stock / Delay on Orders:
If any item (s) are out of stock, we will inform you of the situation and let you know your options in terms of later delivery or alternative products.
We will ask whether you would like to proceed with your order or make changes to your order.
No substitutions of items will be made without your prior consent.
Replacements or Missing / Wrong Items Shipped
If we made a mistake and shipped you the wrong items or damaged items, we will happily replace the items in a timely manner.
All missing, damaged or wrong items must be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to check the shipment in a timely manner.
We will send out the replacements to ensure they arrive on time for your event as long as you notify us within 5 days of receiving the order.
No replacements will be made after 15 days regardless of error. We cannot be responsible for a shipment that has been with the customer for over 2 weeks due to damages and theft that occur at your own location.
