This Package has been created for the students of Dr. Diane of GODSU only. Do not order if you are not one of her students or you will get the wrong colors on your regalia.
All colors are chosen for you based on the school's requirements. It comes with a doctoral gown with black velvet, a black tam, a metallic gold tassel and a hood . All we need is your gown and tam size.
Includes: Doctoral Gown, 8 sided velvet tam, Metallic Doctoral Tassel and Doctoral Hood
Gown Fabric: 100% Polyester with Black or PhD Blue Velvet Stripes on sleeves and down the font of the gown (See picture for velvet stripe placement)
Gown Finish: Matte Finish. Approximately 250 grams per square meter
Gown Colors: Black Gowns with PHD BLUE Velvet Stripes
Gown Measurements: Measure student from Head-to-Toe with shoes on. Gowns are already tailored to reach below the knee to calf length, not to the ground. Measure chest all the way around at the largest part. Do not include your arms.
Tam Fabric: Velvet (8 sided tam)
Tam Colors: Black
Tam Sizing: Regular and Large. Both have adjustable velcro strap
Regular: Up to 22" head circumference
Large: 22"-25" head circumference
Tassel Colors: Metallic Gold.Tassel is not come attached to the tam
Hood Color: Your hood colors have already been designated as Royal Blue, Gold with PHD blue .
We do not suggest washing graduation regalia
Please note that the PhD Blue velvet on the gown, tam and hood do not match each other exactly in color

Orders with Expedited Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) placed after 1:00 PM EST will not be processed until the next business day. FedEx deliveries are made on standard business days only (Monday - Friday, except holidays and weather permitting). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are a premium service for which you must contact us by phone for availability and pricing. Flat rate shipping will not have an assigned tracking number.
Handling Time
All Orders for “ In Stock” products will ship out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed using Express Shipping (3 Day, 2 Day or Next Day) will ship out the same day if placed before 1pm EST, otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.
If your order contains a "Custom Product", your handling time will be 3-6 weeks, depending on the product. You will be notified via e-mail after placing your order regarding the expected lead time. Lead times are subject to change.
Out of Stock Products
If any item(s) are out of stock, we will e-mail you within 1-4 business days of the order being placed. We will advise you of options in terms of the estimated delivery date or close substitions that are available for immediate shipment if the later delivery date is not a workable option for you. Under no circumstances will we make a substitution without your consent.
International Shipping
The international shipping charges paid at checkout strictly covers the cost of shipping the order. They do not include Customs Duties or Brokerage Fees. All carriers charge Customs Duties when crossing international borders. Brokerage fees are not charged by the Post Office, only private carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Neither the customs duties nor the brokerage fees are paid for by Graduation Outlet. We have no means to estimate what these charges will be. Both charges will be collected from you directly by the carrier prior to final delivery.
